The financial statements have been prepared on the basis of the Generally Accepted Accounting Practices of ‘going concern’, ‘accruals’ and ‘consistency’ and in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, Cap 50 and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. As such revenues are recognized based on the revenue principle and unearned revenue are reflected separately as work in progress.

Management Team will review the quarterly financial results and quarterly financial reports shall be endorsed by the CEO / Chairman.

The Financial results will be reviewed by the CEO and its financial procedure & practices will be reviewed by the Finance & Accounts HODs / Managing Director.

The Audited financial report will be subjected to the credit rating review by CPE appointed credit review company annually.
