Dimensions shall manage its relationship with appointed recruitment agents appropriately so that the agents protect the interests and reputation of Dimensions.

Every agent must sign and abide by the code of conduct.

(i) Recruitment Agent Contract

• The Recruitment Agent is expected to observe and comply with all terms and conditions of the recruitment agent contract.

(ii) Deploy Ethical Sales Techniques 

• The Recruitment Agent must not engage in any unethical practices such as making claims, warranties, representations or statements which may be false, untrue, ambiguous, misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent.
• The Recruitment Agent undertakes to ensure that the recruitment of student is conducted at all times in an ethical and responsible manner and consistent with the requirements of the relevant course or curriculum as defined in materials published by Dimensions International College so that student can make an informed decision.
• The Recruitment Agent undertakes to deploy truthful and ethical sales techniques and attitudes at all times.

(iii) Singapore Laws and Regulations  

• The Recruitment Agent is at all material times aware of EduTrust requirements, Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) policies and procedures related to International Students and the terms and conditions of study in Dimensions International College.
• The Recruitment Agent undertakes not to go against any national interest and violate laws and regulations of any relevant government agencies.

(iv) Fair Trading

• The Recruitment Agent must apply principles of fair trading in recruiting students and must not exert any form of high-pressure selling, “bait and switch” advertising or similar unfair practices or tactics.

(v) Presenting of Dimensions

• The Recruitment Agent must not be negligent, careless or incompetent such that they compromise the integrity of Dimensions and Singapore’s reputation.
• The Recruitment Agent agrees to employ appropriately qualified staff, or to train all staff to provide pre-course counseling to ensure that the recommended applicant meet the pre-requisites of the course for which they are applying based on the applicant’s qualifications and proficiencies.

(vi) Procedures

• The Recruitment Agent must strictly follow all Dimensions procedures.

(vii) Protect Student’s Information

• The Recruitment Agent agrees to ensure that all applicant information collected as part of the application and enrollment process is securely kept and that the handling of all applicant information complies with Dimensions’ confidentiality and security policy.

(viii) Collection of Course Fees or Acceptance of Favors  

• The Recruitment Agent agrees not to collect any course fees or accept any form of favors from potential or current students. Commission of any form will be handled between Dimensions and the Recruitment Agent.

(ix) Advertisement & Publicity Materials  

• The Recruitment Agent shall ensure all the promotion materials and advertisements information is truthful and does not include any misleading or malicious comments and the promotional materials and advertisements must be reviewed and approved by Dimensions International College before publication to the public.

 (x) Selection of Students

• The Recruitment Agent undertakes not to perform selection of student on behalf of Dimensions. Student selection will be under the charge of Dimensions.
