Dimensions has in place a fair and reasonable refund policy for any payment made.
	Application fee is not refundable.
	Dimensions has the right to cancel a class/an intake if the minimum number of students enrolled is less than 10 for any programme per class.
	All requests for refunds arising from withdrawals and transfer must be accompanied with a completed Request Form for Fees Refund and supporting documentary proof.
	Qualified refund will be made within 7 working-days upon receipt of request.

Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause:

Dimensions shall inform the student immediately within 3 working days for the following circumstances:  

(i)   Dimensions fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Course
       Commencement Date;

(ii)  Dimensions terminates the Course, for any reason, prior to the Course
       Commencement Date;  

(iii)  Dimensions fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Course
        Completion Date;

(iv)  Dimensions terminates the Course, for any reason, prior to Course Completion Date; 

(v)  The Student’s Pass application is rejected by Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA), the full amount of the course and miscellaneous fees paid will be refunded.

Dimensions shall, within 7 working days of notifying the Student in writing of the above circumstances (i) to (iv), provide the Student with information and details of the alternative confirmed course arrangement to allow the Student to make timely and appropriate decision on the alternative arrangement.

The Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the course by giving written notice to Dimensions of Student’s intention to do so, if the above (i) to (iv) circumstances happened.

Dimensions shall refund the following to Student within 7 working days after receiving the Student’s notice of withdrawal.

1. The entire amount of the Course Fees; and
2. The Miscellaneous Fees.

Refunds for Withdrawal Without Cause:

For students who withdraw from the course for any reasons other than those stated in (i) to (v), Dimensions shall review after receiving the student’s written notice of withdrawal and refund to the student within 7 working days, the following sums (less any administrative bank charges)

Cooling-off Period

Dimensions provides students with a cooling-off period of 7 working days after signing Standard PEI-Student Contract. Within these 7 days and regardless of whether the Course Commencement Date has passed, Students can submit a written notice of withdrawal to Dimensions and receive Maximum Refund.
