The institute of Technical Education (ITE) is a post-secondary institution that provides pre-employment training to secondary school leavers and continuing education and training to working adults. Since its establishment in April 1992, ITE has developed itself into an institution well-known for its provision of broad-based, multi-disciplinary curriculum that ranges from engineering to technical , business and services skills areas.

Food and Beverage operations vary greatly from full-service operations that include restaurants, bars, room services. Developing standards and levels of performance and controlling the areas of purchasing, pricing and food cost are the key factors to consider. Students will be trained in all areas of restaurant operations. They will also learn the regulations of food services.

 
  The Food & Beverage Operations have grown tremendously since and are still improving. Restaurants today have their very own personal touch, topped with great ambiance, sumptuous meals and excellent service. Students, who aspire to be part of this colourful journey, will comfortably fit into the Food & Beverage Operations.  
 
  • To train students and prepare them with the basic and advanced skills needed to start a career as a professional in the food & beverage industry.

  • Students who want to operate as a professional in restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.
  • Students who are keen to make a mark in the service industry
 

 

Note 1: This course will be conducted at the premises of Dimensions International College.
Note 2: International Student must achieve at least 90% attendance rate (ICA Requirement).

Note 3: International Student must not be absent for more than 7 consecutive days without valid
            reason (ICA Requirement).

Note 4: For students who are not ICA's student's pass holders, course attendance must be
            at least 80%.

            Our College only accept medical certificates as proof for absenteeism.
             Any other documents should only be accepted on a case-by-case basis with full
             justification and be acceptable by ICA.
