| 1) |
Withdrawal for Cause:
Subject to Force Majeure, the Student shall be
entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course
by giving written notice to the PEO of his/her
intention to do so under the following circumstances:
| (i) |
the PEO fails, for any reason,
to commence the Course on the Commencement
Date;
|
| (ii) |
the PEO fails, for any reason, to complete
the Course by the Completion Date; |
| (iii) |
the PEO terminates the Course for any reason
prior to the completion of the Course; or |
| (iv) |
the PEO is in material breach of its obligations
under this Agreement. |

合理退出课程： 在受不可抗拒条款制约的前提下，在以下情况下学生有权给予PEO书面通知，告知其欲退出课程的意愿，以此而立即退出该课程：
| (i) |
PEO因任何原因未能在开课日开始课程；
|
| (ii) |
PEO因任何原因未能在结束日完成课程； |
| (iii) |
PEO因任何原因在课程完成以前终止课程；或者 |
| (iv) |
PEO对其本身于本协议书下的义务上发生实质意义上的违约情况。 |

| 2) |
Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause:
The PEO shall, as soon as practicable after receiving
the Student’s notice of withdrawal under Clause
1 (and in any event no more than fourteen (14)
days after receiving such notice) refund to the
Student:
| (i) |
the entire amount of the
Tuition Fees and Deposit; and
|
| (ii) |
the Non-Tuition Fees and/or Additional Fees. |

对于合理退出课程的退款： PEO在接获学生据第1条而发出的退出通知之后，必须在可行的最短时间内（并且无论如何在接获该等通知之后的不超过十四（14）天内）将下列款项退还予该学生：
| (i) |
学费与定金之全数；以及
|
| (ii) |
学费以外费用及/或额外费用。 |

| 3) |
Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds:
Where the Student withdraws from the Course for
any reason other than those set out in Clause 1
or Force Majeure, the PEO shall, as soon as practicable
after receiving the Student’s written notice of
withdrawal (and in any event no more than fourteen
(14) working days after receiving such notice) refund
to the Student the entire amount (100%) of the School
Security Deposit (less all such deductions which
the PEO is entitled to make) together with the following
sums in Table 1 (less any applicable bank administrative
charges properly paid/payable under the Student
Protection Scheme):

无理退出课程以及其相关退款： 倘若学生因第1条或不可抗拒条款所列原因以外的任何原因退出课程，则PEO在，于接获学生的退出通知之后，必须在可行的最短时间内（并且无论如何在接获该等通知之后的不超过十四（14）天内）将学校押金全数（100％）以及在表一款项退还予该学生（唯：此二项前者必先扣除PEO按照学生保障计划而有权扣除的所有扣除款额，而后者又必先扣除根据第3条而应妥善付予（或已经妥善付予）银行的管理收费）：

Deemed Withdrawal: A Student
who transfers from the Course to another course
with the PEO shall, for the purposes of Clause 1
to Clause 4, be deemed to have withdrawn from the
Course and the provisions of Clause 3 shall apply
save as otherwise agreed between the PEO and the
Student.

视作退出的情况： 凡有学生从有关课程转至该PEO别的课程，则就此1至4条款而言视作已退出该课程论，如此则第3条的规定将为适用的，除非该PEO与该学生之间另有约定。 |

| 5) |
Deferment Policy
| (i) |
If the School for any reasons
does not commence any course on time, the
school would seek the agreement of the enrolled
students to defer the commencement of such
course to a mutually agreed date. If any
student does not agree to such deferment
of the course, the School would make a full
refund within 14 days.
|
| (ii) |
If the student for any valid reasons could
not attend the enrolled course in time, the
School would allow the student to join the
next available course within six months. |

延期开课条例: |
| |
| (i) |
倘若本校由于任何理由无法按时开课，将于该生洽商并达致协议，为该展延的课程订下一个彼此同意的开课日期。倘若该生不同意课程的延展安排，本校将在14
天之内，把所交之全部费用退还予该生。
|
| (ii) |
倘若学生能够为无法及时在课程开可时上课，给与充足的理由，本小允许该生在6个月之内，在下一个新班开课时上课 |
