The Customer Service Executive will look into the complaint, establish its validity and respond to the complainant within 24 hours. The Customer Service Executive may refer the matter to the Director, Student Affairs who will take appropriate steps to solve it within 7 working days. The student has the alternative of referring the matter to CASE or Small Claims Tribunal for mediation on tuition fees refund, if they so wish to.

A complaint is considered being settled if the student is satisfied with the explanation.

Student Transfer Policy

The School Management will consider a student’s request for transfer to another educational institute for any courses / programmes as she/he deems fit. It will also provide whatever information needed on the student to the (ICA) Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Singapore for processing and approval.

The School Management respects the transfer decision of the student and treats it as final on condition that he/she has obtained a written approval of the parents, or guardian in Singapore, and has also settled the unpaid tuition fees and related charges with the school.

A student wishing to transfer to another PEO of his/her own consent must first fill up the “Form for Transfer/Placement Request”.

The Customer Service Executive or CEO / Principal, if necessary, will interview the student for reasons of transfer. The consent of the parents will be sought if the student is below 18 years old.

The student should produce a letter of acceptance from this new school, together with the ICA Form (Form V36A) duly filled up and signed. Dimensions will assist promptly to provide the students’ attendance record and endorse on the ICA Transfer Form accordingly.
A minimum period of 7 days is required for the preparation of the document for transfer.

If the question of tuition fees arises, it will be settled in accordance with the tuition fees refund policies of the school.
