GCE “O” LEVEL PREPARATORY COURSE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Our main objective is to prepare students for the GCE ‘O’ level examinations. Students who pass and obtain good results in their examination can pursue their next pathway of education into Polytechnics of Singapore as well as to pursue their education at overseas colleges and universities.

  • English Language
  • Chinese Language (Self-Study)
  • Mathematics
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Principles of Accounting or Chemistry

We provide 5 “O” Level subjects, not including the Chinese Language (Self-study).
 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
 

Students must be 16-25 years of age and must have successfully completed junior high school or its equivalent.

Duration : 2 years
Days and time : Monday to Friday :
9.30am ? 12.30pm and 1.45pm ? 4.45pm (Full Day)
Intake : Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov (Bi-monthly)
Arrangements can be made for students to join a newly commenced class.
Examination Periods : Registration for examinations in March
May (for Chinese Written Examination).
June/July (for Chinese listening comprehension and oral exam),
August (for English listening comprehension and oral exam),
October/November (for other subjects written examination)

Pre-requisites for Completion : Attendance must be more than 90% and not absent for more than 7 consecutive days without valid reason. (ICA Requirements)
Qualification Award : Singapore Cambridge GCE “O” Level Certificate.
 
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
 
A)
To complete the Application Form you have to provide us the following:
  1. Photocopied educational certificates, transcripts, awards and testimonials.
  2. 4 passport-sized photographs. Kindly write your name on the reverse side of your photographs.
  3. Resume/C.V.
B) The completed Application Form must be submitted personally to the office of Dimensions Commercial School during office hours. Original certificates, transcripts, awards and testimonials must be presented to Dimensions Commercial School for verification purposes.
C) A signed Letter of Offer and a Standard Student Contract.
D)
