Approximate monthly rental fee is about $500-$650 based on a four-to-a-room without meals. The room is air-conditioned unless otherwise stated.

For full boarding with meals, the cost is about S$1000 – S$1200.

Social Visitor On Short Visit

• A copy (original) of duly completed Form 14, Form V39 (Form V39 is only for non-Malaysians) and IMM (E) 555 (obtainable at ICA). Every applicant (including children) has to complete a set of these forms. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print the form. Download may take a while;
• One recent passport-sized photograph (colour/black & white) to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of Form 14;
• Applicant's valid travel document;
• Onward/return ticket (for applicant who is non-Malaysian);
• Sponsor's identity card.
  

• S$40 for any extension of pass accumulating to a period of 3 months or more from the date of entry/issue and for every subsequent extension accumulating to 3 months or more.
• The fee for a visa is S$20 per issue where applicable.
• Please make payment by Cash / cheque.

Processing Time

For applications under (A) to (F), you may collect your passport:

• Weekdays - in the same afternoon if your queue ticket number does not exceed 7500.
• Saturdays - between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm if your queue ticket number does not exceed 7250.

You will have to collect your passport on the next working day if your queue ticket number exceeds 7500 and 7250 on a weekday and Saturday respectively.

For applications under (G) to (J), the normal processing time is about 4 weeks. The local sponsor will be notified of the outcome by post.

School Deposit

Students may be required to pay a School Deposit upon approval of Student's Pass.

The school also provides a 24 hr student hotline for emergency cases and also an in-house counselling services where students can seek advice from our cousellors at scheduled times.

All international students with Student’s Pass must meet all of the following requirements:

1. A student must attend a minimum of 90% of scheduled course hours or not be absent from the course for consecutive 7 days.
2. A student must not engage in any form of activities that may contravene the conditions (including those stated in the Student’s Pass application form, In-principle Approval letter and Student’s Pass card) in which a Student’s Pass is issued (e.g. illegal employment)
3. A student must not remain in Singapore after the expiry of the Student’s Pass and the PEO shall inform ICA of his/her means and dates of departure
4. A student is only permitted to attend the course after approval of the Student’s Pass has been given by ICA
5. A student must not be retained as a student in any other school/s or course/s other than indicated in the Student’s Pass
6. A student must surrender the Student’s Pass for cancellation within seven days from the date of cessation or termination of his/her studies or course/s

Full-time International Students should spend at least 7 hours in the school per school day, attending classes and tutorials, participating in enrichment activities and doing self-study.

Note:

• Please note that all original documents must be presented for verification. Official translation of the documents is required if they are not in the English language.
• Please ensure that all forms are duly completed and signed by the applicant and local sponsor.
• Applications with incomplete forms or documents will NOT be accepted for processing.
• Applicant and local sponsor will have to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary.
• The application can be submitted by either the applicant or the local sponsor. All female applicants between 15 and 45 years old must be present to declare whether she is pregnant at the time of submission.
• Medical check-up is required for all applications of social visit pass of 6 months or more. This is a requirement by Ministry of Health. Applicant would only be informed of the need to go for medical check-up if approval is granted. In the meantime, a 2-month extension of stay would be granted to the applicant to complete the medical examination. (The above requirement is not applicable to an applicant below 15 years old.)
